Are there any restaurants within the hotel?

There are not restaurants within the hotel.
There are numerous restaurants within the airport terminal.
Some establishments even have a last order at 10:00 p.m., allowing you to enjoy a meal even during late hours.

There are not restaurants and cafes within the hotel.
There are numerous restaurants and cafes within the airport terminal building where the hotel is located, so please feel free to spending time there. Some establishments even have a last order at 10:00 p.m., allowing you to enjoy a meal even during late hours.

Facilities and Services

Can I use the internet in the room?

Yes, you can access the internet in your room. Both Wi-Fi and wired LAN are available for free.

Do you have computers available to rent?

We do not provide laptop rentals. However, we offer complimentary LAN cables.

What rental items are available?

We offer complimentary items such as air purifiers, humidifiers, desk lamps, irons, ironing boards, mobile chargers, and bathtub non-slip mats.

Do you offer baby crib rentals?

We provide baby cribs in the size of 60×90cm, but we kindly ask for advance reservation (1,100 yen/tax included per night). Please note that due to space constraints, baby cribs are only available in Deluxe Twin, Special Twin, and wheelchair-accessible rooms.

Do you have facilities for people with physical disabilities?

We have barrier-free rooms (Twin) available.
Additionally, we provide wheelchairs for rental at the front desk.

Can I use a card for payment?

Yes, you can use cash (Japanese Yen), credit cards, electronic money and code payment.

Accommodation with children

From what age do children need to pay for accommodation?

Guests who are elementary school age or older are required to pay the full accommodation fee, equivalent to that of adults.

Online Reservations

Is it possible to cancel a reservation, and are there cancellation fees?

Cancellation through the website is possible up to 2 days in advance. For cancellations on the day before or on the day, please contact us by phone.
※Cancellation fees apply: 20% for cancellations on the day before, 80% for cancellations on the same day, and 100% for no-shows without prior notice.
※This does not apply to group reservations.

Is it possible to make changes to a reservation?

Changes to a reservation are not allowed.
Please cancel the existing reservation and make a new one if needed.
Please note that cancellation fees may apply based on our hotel policies.

For co-sleeping, is there a charge for accommodation?

If an unaccompanied child who is not yet in elementary school does not require a separate bed (co-sleeping), there is no accommodation fee. However, amenities such as towels and toothbrushes are not provided. For guests in elementary school or older, or for unaccompanied preschool children who require amenities, the fee is the same as that for adults.

Until what time can reservations be canceled?

Reservations can be canceled online until 2 days before the scheduled date. For cancellations on the day before or on the day, please contact us by phone.

Do you have non-smoking and smoking rooms?

We have both non-smoking and smoking rooms.
However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate your preference depending on the reservation status.

Is there a convenience store?

There is a 'Lawson' located on the 1st floor before the security check inside the terminal building.
Operating hours: 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Additionally, there is a Seven-Eleven and a FamilyMart within a short walk, approximately 10 minutes away.

Is the runway visible from the rooms?

Unfortunately, the hotel does not face the runway directly. However, the rooms have a channel where you can watch live departure and arrival footage from Senrigawa. Additionally, we display live departure and arrival footage in the hotel lobby. For a closer view of airplanes, we recommend the observation deck on the terminal rooftop.

Is it possible to stay with pets?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to stay with guests.
However, service dogs and guide dogs are welcome.
