The hotel met all my requirements in an airport hotel: good-sized, well-equipped room that was cool, clean, quiet with a comfortable bed and pillow. The only sound we could here was the whisper from the A/C.

The staff at the front desk were lovely and quick. The room we had was a small room, but it was what I was EXPECTING.
The check out in the morning was seamless and in no time I was lining up to jump on my flight to Tokyo.

Location right at the airport connecting to the monorail was perfect.
From there you could access trains for everywhere. Lots of great restaurants too in the terminal.

I booked this hotel because of an early morning flight. The hotel is conveniently located 100 m from North terminal (JAL) and 100 m from South terminal (ANA). Staff speaks good English and our room had a good size.

I can't say how nice it is after a long flight to check into a nice clean quiet hotel so close to the baggage claim and have such friendly helpful staff there to deal with all the little problems for you.

Very nice, clean hotel within Itami Airport.
Perfect if you have an early flight out the next day or arrive very late.
Staff are very friendli with good English skills.

Stay a night very good facility , amazing food ,clean and very efficient service.
Highly recommended to any one who have a late or early fly!

We arrived in Osaka on one of the last flights, and in our jet lagged state, this place was in a perfect location . . . we didn't have to worry about anymore travelling and could crash in bed in just about 10 minutes after landing.

Fantastic hotel after a long flight and bus ride. Check in staff were very friendly and helpful, we told them that we didn't speak much Japanese and they made their best efforts to communicate with us.

What a golden surprise to find this hotel to stay at for one night prior to my flight next day. Staff was super nice and room very well designed for a night near by for flight back home.
